Naeva has some powers that may require additional permissions! Those will be detailed here as they're regained.

Blood Bond: Registry Info here. Naeva's blood bond can be applied to up to 5 people at one time. Since the blood bond can only be formed by consensual feeding, it is entirely opt-in. If you are interested in playing with this power, or discussing how to use it, please comment on this entry, because otherwise I will forget.

I THINK THIS SOUNDS RAD hell yes empathic telepathic bonds, so I’m game if it comes up somehow, but Eliza ICly is incredibly leery of blood magic being affected on her without preliminary testing, a full review of the available literature, and verified witness statements.

Well, Naeva's not even entirely aware of it, so there's not much literature available, so the options are either Eliza gets to see how it'd work on someone else, or decides to feed Naeva and accidents happen. :|a We can probably figure something out in that range?

She would volunteer to feed her normally yes :|aaa mostly she just has to find out that 1) it can fade and 2) her soul isn't going to accidentally drain out and die because that's how eliza's magic system works when Bonds go Wrong

well naeva can in fact guarantee the second because that is impossible with 90% of magic in her world and she knows her own magic can't do that.

She doesn't know it can fade yet but it would be pretty obvious in practice that it does, should it happen accidentally, especially if it happens just from feeding naeva a lot.

it sort of depends on the nature of the demon? It'd be more difficult for her to accidentally bond to him, I think, but Naeva can feed on any kind of blood, since what she really needs is a source of life.

whether or not she thinks he'd taste good is a different matter.

well, in her own settings, demons are rare things and generally don't, uh, always have all the bits and pieces normal living things do, so not all of them have blood. other demons have other stuff going on in their circulatory system that isn't really carrying life in it, so she couldn't drink that, either.

really it mostly depends on if demon blood still performs most of the same functions as human blood does in the body, ie carry around oxygen/nutrients/whatever the body needs to live.

I MEAN, Sunset will be Nope for a while, but when she bonds with a person, she's all in for helping them out. Just need to get over her prey animal instinct.
